Export Camp in Berlin with Danish Start Ups!

We did again!

Together with Growth Centre Central Jutland we invited a group of entrepreneurs on a 2-day trip to Berlin with the goal to increase the participants competences in internationalization. Certainly the got new power!

The trip featured relevant visits at the Royal Danish Embassay, at PR agency, distribution company, a lecture on cultural differences and many other relevant lectures.

A group of Danish leaders (the PIL23-Group) visits Berlin

With focus on the start-up industry in Berlin and the German labour market a group of leaders visited the city. After visiting the Danish Embassy where they enjoyed the lecture about cultural awareness and the cultural differences betweeen Denmark and Germany, they also listened to Poul Scheuer telling about the German labour market.

People+people arranged the program with e.g. a visit at start-up companies – a tour in the very trendy coworking office for start-ups, Betahaus. There Goeuro.com (which just got funding of 27mill$) told the story behind the start-up company GoEuro - very interesting.

A visit at Berlin Partner, a unique public-private partnership, Berlin Partner for Business and Technology collaborates with the Berlin State Senate and over 200 companies dedicated to promoting their city. Berlin Partner is also responsible for marketing the German capital to the world, for example with the successful “be Berlin” campaign.

 

Growth Centre Northern Jutland in Berlin

With focus on the start-up industry in Berlin a group of employees within the field of entrepreneurship from the Growth Centre visited the city. People+people arranged the program with e.g. a visit at start-up companies, Business Angles, The Danish Embassy and further relevant entrepreneur institutions.

Export Camp within fashion, textile and design

Entrepreneurs and export! In cooperation with Growth Centre Central Jutland we invited a group of entrepreneurs on a 2-day trip to Berlin with the goal to increase the participants competences in internationalization.

The trip featured a visit with a lawyer specialized in Danish-German business conditions, a lecture on cultural differences plus other relevant lectures.

Støvring High School

120 students on their 2. year in high school had the pleasure of a one-and-a-half-hour lecture on cultural understanding including subjects as globalizing, the culture concept, stereotypes an dhow to avoid these, plus the generation gap between Digital Natives and Digital Immigrants.

Guest in DR2 Morgen (Danish Morning TV)

With regard to the German election in September 2013 Marianne Danling visited the DR2 as an expert on Danish and german culture.

Roskilde Business School

For the fourth straight year we arranged a day-long workshop for the students at Roskilde Business College and their field trip to Berlin. Cultural differences and reflection on their own cultural affiliation as well as on the generation gap between Digital Natives and Digital Immigrants were the themes of the day.

Virum Business High School visiting Berlin

5 classes enjoyed a day-long workshop as a part of their field trip to Berlin. After a lecture on cultural differences and the gap between the generations it was time for activities for the students. Divided in smaller groups they reflected on their own affiliation to the Digital Natives - the group of people born after 1980. The outcome of their reflections was a digital presentation of a fictitious job application.
